According to the Indian media NDTV, many are blaming the organization for the incident in the Jhansi area of ​​Uttar Pradesh. Before committing suicide, Tarun complained in a note that he was being pressured by senior officials in his office to meet the target for the last two months.

In the note, the youth complained that they even threatened to cut the salary if the target was not met. Although Bajaj Finance and any official of the company did not comment on these allegations till the last news.

The body of the youth was found in a room of the rented house on Monday morning. The note says that he committed suicide. At that time, the young man locked his wife and two children in another room.

The note was originally written by Tarun to his wife. He is an Area Manager at Bajaj Finance. EMI loan disbursement is mandated in specific areas. But unable to collect those loans due to various complications. So he told his wife in a note that he can’t do it anymore. He ended himself for this. The letter is of 5 pages.

Tarun writes, “I have not been able to sleep for the last 45 days. I don’t even have time to eat. I am drowning in sadness. Senior officers are pressuring me. They are talking about meeting the target, otherwise they are asking to pay from their own pockets. Otherwise, he is threatening to fire him.

In this regard, a police officer of the local police station says that this note is being taken into consideration. If they receive a complaint, they will investigate and take action.
