K-pop singer Jeon has ended her two-year marriage with baseball player Hwang Jae Geon.
Choi Yoo Na, the lawyer of girl group T-ara’s singer, said that Jeon has filed for divorce.
The lawyer said, “The two have decided to divorce due to differences of opinion. After filing for divorce, the two will be separated.
They appealed to the South Seoul Family Court to resolve the matter. No one shall file any complaint or case against anyone.
In February 2022, they made their relationship public. The couple got married in December that year.
In June this year, the news of strained relationship between the two came to light. After the announcement of the separation, the two removed the photos of each other from Instagram.
Geon debuted as a member of T-ara in 2009.
