Nasir Uddin, a 38-year-old businessman, learned the art of making yogurt from his father. Although his father had a small dairy business, financial struggles forced him to give it up. Taking on the responsibility of his family, Nasir started his own yogurt business in 2004 with just 20,000 BDT. Initially, he faced difficulties in perfecting the taste, but with patience and guidance from his father, he mastered the craft.
The Secret Behind the Taste
Nasir’s “Nasir Doi Bhandar” is located in Nandalalpur Bazaar, about 12 kilometers from the Matlab Uttar Upazila headquarters. The shop may be small, but it is always filled with customers eager to enjoy the rich, aromatic yogurt.
The secret to his signature flavor lies in:
